Dockside Entertainment is seeking part time customer service team workers.  Various shifts are available including weekday evenings, daytime, and weekends.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Greeting guests when they arrive at Dockside Entertainment, making sure they are checked in properly.
• Assisting guests with purchasing memberships, renting equipment, reserving simulator, bowling, pickleball, etc.
• Assisting guests with getting started on simulator bays, bowling, pickleball, etc.
•  Booking and setting up party and meeting rentals for guests.
• Keeping areas clean and tidy throughout your scheduled shift.
• Sales of items in the concession area.
• Stocking items in the concession area.
• Documenting strike participation behavior in guest accounts.
•  Assisting guests with any request they may have to the best of your ability.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Working Conditions

Employees will be working in a fast-paced customer service environment located at 807 Highway 2 South Suite 1 in Devils Lake, ND  58301.
